Bridget Brewer

President

Bridget became President of NIC Global in June of 2009, following a dedicated tenure as Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to NIC, she worked at the Reynolds Corporation and PACCAR Inc, a Fortune 500 manufacturer, holding various engineering and operations management leadership positions.  Bridget has volunteered in community leadership positions and currently serves on the Operations Advisory Board for WWU.  Bridget earned her BS in mechanical engineering from Seattle University and holds an MBA from Ellis University.

Troy Wood

V.P. Midwest and east coast operations

Troy joined NIC in 2007 as a leader of our facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. He brings over a decade of experience in manufacturing and operational leadership from his tenure at PACCAR and Dell, with expertise in automotive assembly, computer assembly and distribution, and metal fabrication. Troy also has extensive firsthand experience and success in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. He earned his BA from the University of Memphis and MBA from Belmont University.

Doug Harvey

Business Development

Doug joined the NIC Global sales team in December of 1997. Doug began his career in the Heavy Machine and Flight Structures divisions of the Western Gear Corporation while attending college for Civil Engineering, and brings years of expertise in manufacturing operations, sales and management.

Garth Troyer

Sales Manager, Gallatin

Garth became Sales Manager of NIC Global Gallatin in March of 2005 after serving as Quality Manager for our operation in Lynnwood, Washington. His previous experience includes work as a Sales Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Technician in the machine tool industry. Garth specializes in working closely with engineering teams, purchasing groups and customers to design cost-effective sheet metal fabrications and assemblies.

Glen Mitchell

Production Manager

Glen has served as Production Manager at NIC Global since April of 2007. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing at Intermec and other suppliers, Glen has an extensive background in Lean manufacturing and operations. In his spare time, Glen coaches baseball, basketball and football for youth leagues and volunteers for the  Northshore School District. Glen earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University.

Jamie Todd

Human Resources Director

Jamie joined NIC Global in 2002 as its Human Resources Director. Jamie focuses on developing the infrastructure of competitive compensation and benefits, employee training and development, and safety and health to create a high-performance work environment. Jamie has over twenty years of leadership experience in Human Resources, holds a B.S in Business Management, the  SPHR certification, and regularly volunteers with the community, having held board and elective positions.

Greg Raymer

Operations Manager, Gallatin

Greg became Operations Manager of NIC Global Gallatin in 2007 after a dedicated tenure as Materials Manager. He has a diverse background in supply chain management, inventory control, distribution and customer/sales service – gained from over 15 years experience in the heavy-duty truck, coated fabrics, telecommunications and furniture industries. He has extensive experience with implementing and improving manufacturing systems. Actively involved in coaching youth sports (baseball & soccer). Greg earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

Shela Pistoresi

Controller

Shela has held various financial and operational positions since she joined NIC Global in 2002. Her career began as the Cost Accounting Manager and was key member in implementing the company’s ERP system. She is currently the company’s Controller responsible for both Accounting and Production Support. Prior to her tenure at NIC, Shela held the Controller position at several companies and was an auditor in Public Accounting. She has 15 years of financial experience and is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Washington.
